Attending school is vitally important for every child.  The link between attendance and attainment is clear. Attending school regularly can also help children develop good peer relationships which helps emotional health and wellbeing.

If you wish to request leave to take you child out of school during term time, you will need to complete a special leave request form which is then sent to the Federation’s attendance panel for consideration.

As a school, we are pleased to share with you that our overall attendance figures are high reflecting your commitment to your child’s education – thank you.

If your child is feeling unwell, it can be tricky to decide whether to send them to school or not.  Here is a useful NHS guide to help.
