Y6 Maths Mastery - Ratio and Proportion
This week we have been learning about Ratio and Proportion. Here we are sorting coloured blocks into groups and working out the different ratios. We have been working through some problems but also considering how we use ratios in real life when we are baking and cooking.

Year 6 experience life as an evacuee!
As part of our World War 2 topic, we had a wonderful and interesting visit to Thwaite Mills yesterday. As you can see we entered the spirit by dessing like evacuees and when we arrived were issued with our own I.D. cards and Gas Mask boxes!
