We have been reading the story of the Jolly Postman by Janet and Allan Ahlberg. The children have thoroughly enjoyed the story and decided that we should have a tea party just like Goldilocks does in the book! The children wrote lists of what we needed from the supermarket and they designed special place mats for everyone. The children wrote invitations to Mrs Richards and Mrs Wilson to invite them to our tea party and we were so excited because we recieved a letter from them to say they could come!
