Rocket launch to the moon
This half term the children are learning all about the 1969 moon landing. To start off our topic we went to the moon! We role played a rocket launch in the hall and the children all brought along their intergalactic passports! We watched the original video of the Apollo 11 rocket launch and imagined what it would be like to be an astronaut.
