Ending the week on a high note...
We finished another busy week with some super music learning. We listened to and appraised Carole King's 'You've Got A Friend' (the children said it made them feel 'dreamy' and think of their friends), then we had a go at accompanying the music on the glockenspiels.
Earlier in the day the children delivered the persuasive speeches they have been writing this week. It was lovely to see them getting up to speak in front of everybody so confidently, and they had all worked hard to include the features we have been learning about.
We had some inspiration from Barack Obama and there were a few budding presidential speech makers on show! Check out some of our pictures below.
