Class 4 have been working so hard with division and we have found the concept of remainders tricky! Today, we used custard creams to physically show that a remainder is what's left over (as a reward they got to eat the biscuit once in equal groups). By the end of the lesson, the whole class achieved the learning objective and could confidently explain what a remainder is. Miss Ings is so impressed with their resilience and perseverance, even challenging themselves further!
