Whose poo?
Class One have been nature detectives today, trying to determine whether animals are carnivores, herbivores or omnivores. First they watched Mrs Barrett and Mrs Ibbetson dissect an owl pellet and were amazed to see the tiny bones inside showing them that the owls were clearly carnivores. They then carefully examined some (fake!) poo specimens to find out if it was from a herbivore, carnivore or omnivore. I was so impressed by their detective skills - Shadwell definitely has a class of budding biologists!
