Looking for leaves
Our science topic this term has been plants and Class One took advantage of the sunshine to go on a leaf hunt around the school grounds. We have been learning about the differences between deciduous and evergreen leaves and the children managed to find examples of both. We also had a look at our broad bean plants and were delighted to find that they have grown lots since we last checked on them. The children are hoping to harvest them before we break up for the summer.
