Outstanding Science Work!
Year 5 have been learning all about the life cycles of different plants. As a culmination of our learning, it was time to consider how plants in different environments may be different to the ones in our local surroundings.
Children were given the choice to research desert, marine or rainforest plants and given a range of questions to consider, including how they are pollinated and what methods of seed dispersal they use.
We decided to set out our work 'learning log style' and all got creative in choosing how to present our findings. Here's just a small selection of the fantastic work produced today.
