SITE project - Local Habitat Research
Following a letter Class 2 received asking for their help to build shelters for the local wildlife, the children thought the best first step in preparation for their project would be to find out what animals live in the local area.
As it was daytime we mainly saw birds and insects, but there was a lot of evidence of rabbits (ask the children what they found!) and we think we found evidence of squirrels and foxes too as we saw half nibbled apples.
