Class 4 Debate
As part of our English work, Class Four have been working on developing their speaking and listening skills through debating.
The children have worked hard to form their opinion based on the question: Should the rest of the world follow France in recycling food?
With their strong opinions, they put together a speech and used emphasis to stress their key points. They came up with some fantastic points and were respectful and empathetic at all times. We had a great lesson setting up a debating environment and battling out our arguments! Miss Mulumba was firm in her decision to be for this question however, Miss Ings could have been swayed by the strong arguments given by the opposing team. Well done everyone, you were super!
