World Book Day
With all the children dressed as their favourite book characters, it was definitely an unusual day in Class 1 on Thursday. We had some fantastic costumes, including a cunning fox, a valiant knight, an insane mad hatter and a couple of eccentric chocolate factory owners! The children worked really hard to explore and learn new vocabulary which they then used to write descriptions of their characters. They have even been using their "wow" words in their writing on subsequent days. Well done Class 1.
