In science this half term Class 3 are taking on an exciting challenge, we will be learning about magnets and using the new knowledge we gain to undertake a DT project in which each child will design a toy for reception class. These toys will be evaluated and carefully planned before we make them and test them out with the help of the children in reception. 

So far we have had lots of fun ourselves exploring magnetic toys to come up with suitable ideas for the younger children and initial plans have been drawn. 

We will keep you updated on our progress with this challenge...
